    We are pleased to announce that we have been accredited to Bronze standard by the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS). As part of our accreditation process, we were required to demonstrate that we employ good practices and comply with the requirements laid out by the FORS Standard. This framework allows Councils to procure for types of debt collection services including, Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Business Rates (NNDR), Parking referrals, Sundry Debt etc.

    Legislation has been laid in Parliament to allow us to recommence enforcement visits on the 24th August. We are now planning to follow CIVEA guidelines and will be sending re-connection letters to all customers that do not have an active payment arrangement in place. Starting from the 20th July, our letters will provide your debtors with a period of 30 days for them to reconnect with us, set up payment arrangements and tell us about changing circumstances before we commence visits from the 24th August.
