Richard Sutor
Chief Performance Officer
Joined us in 2002
Richard joined after graduating from Nottingham University with a BEng in Engineering. He initially developed his understanding of our business by working in all departments before moving to IT, where he was responsible for all development - including the writing of our first client web portal and our transition to a bespoke new IT system.
Richard has since moved to Chief Performance Officer, responsible for revenue delivery, operational effectiveness reporting, and financial performance – as well as group operational cost effectiveness and headcount planning. He is also the board representative for Health & Safety, Data Protection and Compliance.
