Paul has specialised in technology for fast paced PE backed businesses, spanning data management and software development with ClarityBlue and Experian. Data management, composition and design services with Williams Lea, and organisational change, cloud infrastructure, and sales technologies for Citation.
Responsible for IT Operations, ensuring a resilient & secure environment; Software, ensuring products are best in class across multiple platforms; Data, providing insight for operations and maximising marketing spend. Now leading the development of an industry leading technology team and developing his Doctoral thesis on the application of machine learning and its impact on organisational development.
