17/01/2022

In this weeks Leading the Way blog, we proudly announce that Bristow & Sutor and Credit Style have been granted places on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Debt Resolution Services Framework.

We are very pleased to reveal that two members of the Bristow & Sutor Group are present on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Debt Resolution Services Framework. After scoring 100% in the quality element of their submission, Bristow & Sutor will be available for expert enforcement services whilst Credit Style will be featured amongst businesses ready to provide legal expertise to central and local government customers in England and Wales.

Both companies are delighted to have been accepted onto this framework and look forward to providing a consistent and integrated approach, as well as assisting both central government and wider public sector customers with efficient debt recovery solutions.

What is the Debt Resolution Framework?

A framework allows buyers to allocate work to businesses from a pool of approved suppliers during a specified period. A Lot is a sub-division of the wider deliverables involved and these are separated to ensure specific expertise can be acquired and utilised.

CCS's Debt Resolution Services framework aims to provide central government and wider public sector customers with debt recovery and complimentary services including data, fraud and error. They support the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services and in 2019/20, helped the sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn - supporting world-class public services that offer the best value for taxpayers.

A formal tender process was recently conducted for relevant and qualified businesses to apply for a place on one of 20 Lots. Bristow & Sutor was successful in its application to Lot 5 (Enforcement) and Credit Style was successful in being added to Lot 6 (Litigation England & Wales). Both members of the Bristow & Sutor Group will now be available for selection when relevant needs arise for at least the next four years.
