Bristow & Sutor, has made a series of strategic appointments to its Senior Leadership Team, strengthening its technology, HR and sales divisions.
The business has appointed Paul Lillico as Chief Technology Officer, Jodie Bromley as Group HR Director and Simon Hunt as Head of Sales. The new appointments come at a time when Bristow & Sutor is experiencing a period of significant growth, now employing more than 400 employees across England and Wales. Bristow & Sutor has expanded its service offering in recent years to provide end-to-end debt collection services across Council Tax, Non- Domestic Rates, Penalty Charge Notices, Sundry Debts and Commercial Rent Arrears, and has also invested heavily in technology to enhance its offer.
Having held senior technology roles for a range of Private Equity backed businesses, including ClarityBlue, Experian and Citation, Paul Lillico will oversee Bristow & Sutor’s IT operations, software development and data management in his new role as Chief Technology Officer. Paul will be responsible for developing and implementing industry- leading technology to drive performance, boost compliance and ensure best in class service to all clients.
Jodie Bromley is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and has over 20 years’ HR and transformation experience in a variety of sectors, including financial services, insurance, retail and breakdown and recovery services. Jodie is passionate about people in business and has joined Bristow & Sutor to develop and deliver a new HR proposition for the business, which is commercial, engaging and dynamic. Bristow & Sutor is committed to having a positive company culture and Jodie will be responsible for growing and developing the business from a people perspective, to further support its staff and the ongoing success of the business.
Joining the team from The AA, where he was Head of National Sales for DriveTech, Simon Hunt has spent the majority of his career working in business and sales transformation. Holding senior roles at BCA, Leaseplan UK and RAC, and also spending time as a consultant and transformation leader within the public sector, Simon has an outstanding track record of understanding customer needs, delivering sustainable service excellence and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. At Bristow & Sutor, Simon will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the agency’s sales team and bid functions, as well as leading on its ongoing sales transformation.
