How does Bristow & Sutor deal with complaints?

We are proud to say that we receive very few complaints. When we do receive them, we recognise the need for a serious and highly efficient investigation process which is conducted by our independent Compliance Department. All of our Enforcement Agents wear body worn cameras at all times to assist investigations for added peace of mind. Our independent Advisory Panel monitor all our processes and provide an escalation route for complaints.
