Bristow & Sutor Highlights Impact Of Independent Advisory Panel

Following years of sterling support, we have refreshed our Independent Advisory Panel to meet the needs of our developing Group businesses.

Since its inception in 2018, the Independent Advisory Panel has provided invaluable support to Bristow & Sutor. Particularly through the challenges of COVID and the Cost of Living Crisis, the impact of an external source of knowledge, constructive criticism, and support has been immeasurable.

In the continually changing debt resolution landscape, and in view of our development as a group of companies, we have taken the decision to refresh the structure and membership of our Independent Advisory Panel to oversee and support all three group businesses.

We are proud to announce the new members of our Sector Professionals Panel are:

Michelle Highman, CEO of The Money Charity and Independent Non Exec Director and Chair of the Standards Committee at the Equity Release Council. Michelle worked at the FSA for 13 years before joining The Money Charity in 2011.

Helen Ganney, Relationship Manager at Christians Against Poverty. Helen worked at Nationwide in debt collection for sixteen years, before becoming a debt counsellor at CAP for ten years. She now works with referral partners and creditors across the industry.

Mark Pottle, Performance Coach, Mentor & Assessor at Raise the Game. Mark has worked in credit and collections in a range of different industry sectors including utilities, broadcasting and asset finance. He now provides consultancy services to organisations including the Ministry of Justice.

Dionne Stocking, Consultant at Assist-U Consultancy Service. Dionne has over sixteen years' experience in the credit sector, working with a range of financial services supporting with marketing, communications and relationship management. She has previously worked with MALG, and held the role of Honorary Secretary of the Law Enforcement Review Group.

We are grateful to our panel members for their commitment to changing the face of debt resolution.
