What is this policy?
This policy addresses all business practices, activities, and decision making related to Social, Governance, and Environmental issues.
Why do we need this policy?
We believe that it is vital for all our colleagues, clients, and customers to feel engaged as citizens of the world, with the knowledge and skills to have an impact on our local, national and global community. Our policy is designed to provide opportunities, encouragement, and development to all our stakeholders to promote understanding, responsibility, and advocacy for a more sustainable and responsible corporate future.
Our policy is developed in conversation with and to meet the aims of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Each area of the policy is linked to Goals and Targets from the SDGs in order to demonstrate our relevance and commitment to global sustainability.
What is BSG’s approach to implementing this policy?
The design, implementation, and review of this policy will be governed by the following principles:
- Transparency – we are open and honest about our ESG journey with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Measurement – we use data to steer decision-making, demonstrate impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Sustainability & Growth – we work proactively and mindfully to demonstrate how working ethically leads to sustainable growth.
