How are Bristow & Sutor regulated?

The civil enforcement industry doesn’t have a formal regulatory body, however Bristow & Sutor aim to lead the way in ensuring we behave fairly and professionally. We are members of CIVEA, which means we are signatories of the CIVEA Code of Practice. We are also proud to be overseen by our Independent Advice Panel, which is an additional regulatory control we implemented to ensure we’re always working with our customers’ best interests at heart
