Bristow & Sutor has invested in a custom-built, user friendly online system (Client Web) specifically to provide effective enforcement services and management information to our clients.

We currently have over 1580 users across more than 83 sites in the UK. Each client has administrator access to the system. This allows them to create users as and when required, to control the levels of access each individual user has and more significantly to see the complete audit trail of user actions.

We believe in the concept of 2-way communication and transparency with our clients. Using our secure system, clients have access to case history showing fees, telephone calls, payments, actions and internal & external correspondence providing an audit trail of all recovery attempts.

Provision of our online system is free and includes Installation, Training and Telephone support.
