Directors play a hands-on account management role whilst continuous improvement and feedback is achieved through regular customer visits and channels of communication.

Total quality management is realised by reacting immediately to customer needs. We also conduct an annual customer survey to assess customer needs and expectations, service delivery, communication and an overall measurement of customer satisfaction.
